The Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (IAAHEH) in collaboration with the General Medical Council Service International (GMC-SI) United Kingdom organised the second International Assessor Training for Medical Education Programs on the 7-10 August 2023 at Hotel Ra Suites Simatupang West Cilandak, Cilandak, South Jakarta City, Jakarta. The Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Pendidikan Tinggi Kesehatan (LAM-PTKes) or IAAHEH is a non-profit legal entity operating as an independent accreditation agency for health study programs. The vision of IAAHEH is to be an accreditation agency with global standards. In line with this vision, IAAHEH organised this training for Indonesian and International academics to train them in the process of health education accreditation with the help from the General Medical Council Service International (GMC-SI). The training was attended by both international and Indonesian academics from Public Health, Dental, Pharmacy, Nursing and Midwife speciality. President Prof Dr Agustin Kusumayati nominated Professor Dr Victor Hoe, the Vice President 2 of APACPH as the representative from APACPH for the training.
