Two academic institutions, Taipei Medical University and Universiti Malaysia Sabah, have been awarded the 2024 Riegelman “This is Public Health” Global Grant Awards by the Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health. TMU’s project focuses on health training and services in Taiwan and Cambodia, while UMS engages primary school students in climate change initiatives across Southeast Asia. Both projects exemplify innovative public health solutions and regional collaboration, contributing to the development of future public health leaders.
