APACPH International Webinar 2.0 on COVID-19 pandemic – Developing and Accomplishing COVID-19 Exit Strategy Plan

The Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health has successfully organised the “APACPH International Webinar 2.0 on COVID-19 pandemic – Developing and Accomplishing COVID-19 Exit Strategy Plan” on the 16th June 2020. There were more than 500 participants from Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Gambia, India, Indonesia, India, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States of America and Vietnam.

The session was moderated by Dr. Teo Yik Ying, the Dean, Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, Singapore and Dr Wah Yun Low, the President, Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health and Deputy Executive Director, Asia Europe Institute, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The panelist consists of Dr. Dong-il Ahn, Visiting Professor, Graduate School of Public Health, Yonsei University, Republic of Korea, Dr Chanuantong Tanasugarn, Professor and Dean, Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, Thailand, Dr. Philip Yi-Chun Lo, Deputy Director-General, Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan and Dr. Awg Bulgiba Awg Mahmud, Professor, Department of Social & Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, Malaysia.

Dr. Le Thi Kim Anh, Department of Public Health, Hanoi University of Public Health, Vietnam was unable to join the session due to unforeseen circumstances.
