DESCRIPTION:Global health has become a very popular area of learning\, teac
 hing\, research and practice in many departments and schools of public hea
 lth all over the world. It is now a mainstream subject area in many Asia-P
 acific public health educational institutions. This workshop is being cond
 ucted to provide a better understanding and perspective of global health t
 o various students\, lecturers and program directors of schools of public 
 health. It will give new insights to those interested in the field of glob
 al health. This workshop will also be beneficial to those who plan to set 
 up modules and programs in global health and those who intend to start a g
 lobal health research agenda in their respective institutions. Resources w
 ill be shared with the participants. Certificates will be provided after w
 orkshop.
