APACPH is governed by a General Assembly comprised of one representative from each member institution. Annual General Assembly meetings, hosted by member institutions are held concurrently with public health conferences.
The Board of Directors is made up of the APACPH Officers and Regional Directors. Regional Offices located in in Bangkok, Beijing, Brisbane, Colombo, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, Taipei and Tokyo. share the networking responsibilities of their regions.
