You are what you eat

Nutrition plays an important role in throughout all stages of our life. Besides smoking, nutrition is one of the modifiable risk factors for morbidity and mortality in the Asia Pacific Region. This APACPH Dietary Guideline, created from existing Dietary Guidelines and Food Guides, may additionally be used as a checklist of the issues to be considered in public health programs and regulations.
