In Memory of Prof Mark Leveris, Former President of APACPH and Tireless Advocate for Good Health
APACPH extends its deepest sympathy to the family of Prof Mark Liveris. Many gathered at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Perth, Australia to farewell our colleague, friend and mentor. The cathedral was packed with family, friends and colleagues who gathered to participate in the traditional liturgy conducted in both Greek and English. APACPH was represented by Professors from the Curtin School of Public Health, Peter Howat, Duncan Boldy, Jeff Spickett and Colin Binns.

The 1st Asia Pacific Clinical Epidemiology and Evidence Based Medicine Conference (APCEEBM), to be held in Kuala Lumpur, welcomes persons who are interested in the field of Clinical Epidemiology and Evidence Based Medicine.
The conference aims to cater to all health care practitioners who are interested in clinical research, clinical epidemiology, cost-effective evidence-based intervention, and evidence-based clinical practice including Physicians, Surgeons, Dentists, Pharmacists, Nurses, Epidemiologists, Public Health Specialists and Clinical Researchers.
Summer Course
WALHI is an independent, non-profit and the biggest environmental organization in Indonesia. It is now present in 25 provinces with 436 member organizations (as of April 2010) which actively campaign in local, national and international scale. In international scale, it campaigns through Friends of the Earth International network with total number of 71 grassroots organizations in 70 countries, 15 affiliation organizations and more than 2 million individual members and supporters worldwide.
An influential and large Asia-Pacific organization dedicated to furthering the development of the next generation of public health professionals.
